I have heard of this product, but have been reluctant to try it just because it sounded like another easy way out. I'll be watching your progress because this sounds like a product that can really help me kick the habit. I don't think my problem is the nicotine as much as using a cigarette as a way to take a break at work or have a conversation with my hubby. My wife is totally addicted to both. I do coffee, all day. At first we thought caffeine and nicotine perpetuated each other but have discovered that cutting back or quitting the caffeine does absolutely nothing to the nicotine addiction, because like you said nicotine is just one of many addictive agents in cigarettes.
